This policy outlines the return, refund, and cancellation conditions for purchases made through Lova-Mode.
Return Procedure
To request a return, customers must contact support@lova-mode.com and provide their order number along with the reason for return. Full return instructions will be provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
Fees
No restocking or administrative fees are charged for returned items.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are possible within 2 hours of order placement by contacting support@lova-mode.com.
After this timeframe, orders are already in processing and cannot be cancelled. Customers may return the order after delivery in line with this policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested by contacting us during the return process. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.
